I've had that for years, hasn't everyone? Maybe you have your browser settings more restrictive than they used to be? I do, so I get these messages when logged out. The alternative is to open the floodgates on my computer to everything out there. It's a difficult balance.

Somebody else who I believe posts from her cell phone just said she is getting cookie notifications a lot lately too, even after she thought she was logged in. It has caused her to lose posts when she isn't aware when she gets logged off, but she blames her spotty cell phone coverage. I am not sure what is going on. Perhaps a Mod can reply.
